1on1 Sessions

Our 1on1 sessions run for a period of 1 hour per session. The focus of the session is based on what you, the player wants. 

1on1's are ideal for players who feel they are not receiving enough focus on certain aspects of their game at their weekly club sessions or feel as though they have a weakness in their game. 

​

Sessions aim for high intensity practices which then allow the player to play at a faster pace then previously exposed to. This specific training technique benefits the players when they return to their normal team trainings. 

​

We specialise in the following areas: 

  • first touch

  • short/long passing

  • dribbling

  • 1on1 ball mastery (front, back, side)

  • shooting

  • awareness

  • agility/balance/football specific fitness
